Yes! Mira is a live and collaborative platform that uses permission-based access. You can set up each staff member with different permissions depending on your needs. The team members who need to access the entire calendar are able to, while others can be set to only access their own appointments.

Absolutely! All it takes is a simple drag and drop on our job scheduling calendar, and you’re ready to go.
Can I create recurring appointments?
Definitely! Mira allows you to set recurring appointment times for your clients, and also to create custom recurring rules that suit each job’s unique requirements.
Does Mira notify employees when they are assigned a job?
Yes, you can set it up so that Mira will notify your staff of their appointments.

You sure can! Mira lets you send reminders via email or SMS.
Can my staff track their time on a job?
Mira does not have a time tracking feature, but it is easy to see what all of your staff members are up to on a day-to-day basis by selecting the Staff Schedule view on the Scheduler.
Is there a way to easily identify different types of appointments?
Yes, you can colour code your appointments to correspond to different job types, or you can colour code per staff member — whatever you prefer!
