Meet Team Pestee, a pest control business that consists of Mum, Dad and so that started in late 2019. Committed to delivering quality service and a friendly and approachable customer experience, Levi and the wider team looked to Mira to support them in managing their business.
Life Before Mira
Starting our venture on the correct path was imperative for us as we wanted to get it right straight from the get go.
We did a heap of market research and free trials/tests before getting Team Pestee underway and looked at a lot of systems/platforms as the backbone of Team Pestee.
I have been lucky to have worked for a few pest control businesses – large and small and knew that we wanted something seamless and easy to operate in the office and out in the field.
The Mira Impact
Scheduling, reports and invoices, reminders for recurrings, these were the most important things that our business required.
I know of some businesses in my industry that used a myriad of different systems/platforms to cover these things separately. That was not an option for us when we considered the costs for different subscriptions as well as the time taken to go through them all and having to remember how to operate them all differently!
Administration doesn’t have to be all consuming and Mira makes sure its not.

The Mira head quarters is in Melbourne so I know they are a simple phone call away (and they actually answer…), or I can reach them via the chat function or on facebook. Something I am continually impressed with is that the Mira team always ask what we as clients want to help improve our business. In fact they have a help centre in the system to add ideas as you think of them.

I can see Team Pestee never moving from Mira. They have grown with us. We were with Mira from the beginning and I will never go elsewhere due to the functionality, price and reliability.
